Arlene Holland
BSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC — Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Arlene has been caring for patients since 2003 as a nurse and, later, as a nurse practitioner. After years in practice she witnessed firsthand how important it is to develop a treatment plan that centers around the whole patient. Her career in nursing led her to a passion for the treatment of mental health conditions, and she recently obtained her board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Arlene is also a Qualified Medical Provider and may provide a medical cannabis card to patients who meet qualifying conditions set forth by the State of Utah. The majority of her career has been spent helping patients who are often overlooked — those experiencing or facing homelessness, those with substance use or addiction issues, and those who are uninsured or underinsured.
She is a proud mom and grandmother and loves spending time with her family above all things. Arlene offers both in-office visits in South Jordan and virtual visits, with appointments available on weekends and evenings to fit around your life.
Cierra Tueller
BSN, RN — Registered Nurse
Cierra works full-time as a registered nurse for Intermountain Healthcare in the Shock Trauma ICU and has worked in health care for 12 years. Her love for helping patients started 25 years ago when she would escort the neighborhood children into her home and patch them up after a tragic scooter or bike accident.
Cierra is exceptional at navigating extremely stressful situations and pays close attention to detail. She is a strong patient advocate and goes the extra mile for not only her patients, but the families involved.
She spends her days at the hospital rebuilding physical bodies; in our office setting, she brings some of those ICU skills to help patients rebuild their mental wellness. Cierra is a wife and mom, and we are lucky to have her as part of our team.
