Arlene Holland
APRN, PMHNP-BC
Our goal is to identify the symptoms you are experiencing, develop a treatment plan, and eliminate the barriers preventing you from living your best life. Your treatment plan will be created with your goals in mind, this is a treatment centered around you.
We want this to be as convenient as possible and understand the demands on your time. We offer both in-office in West Jordan and virtual visits as well as offering appointments on weekends and evenings.
Improving your own mental wellness is not a journey that you need to navigate alone, together we can explore approaches, so your efforts can lead to real improvement. We wanted to create a safe, comfortable, private space for you to share your most important thoughts and experiences – a place for you to be seen and heard. We see you for the unique individual that you are. You’re not a diagnosis. You’re not a disease that needs to be treated. You’re a person that deserves to be seen, and one that has their own specific needs that need to be addressed to experience the best quality of life you can. We want to get to know you as that person and support you in all phases of your treatment and growth.
Cierra Tueller
Cierra works full-time as a registered nurse for Intermountain Healthcare in the Shock Trauma ICU. She has worked in health care for 12 years. Her love for helping patients started 25 years ago when she would escort the neighborhood children into her home and patch them up after a tragic scooter/bike accident.
Cierra is exceptional at navigating extremely stressful situations and pays close attention to detail. She is a strong patient advocate and goes the extra mile for not only her patients, but the families involved. She spends her days at the hospital rebuilding physical bodies; however, in our office setting she utilizes some of those ICU skills to help patients rebuild their mental wellness. Cierra is a very compassionate person who loves to help others. She is a wife and mom- we are luck to have her as part of our team.
